Sanctions as a basis for interim measures.

It is obvious that the Decree of the President of Russia No 79 dated 28.02.2022 “On application of special economic measures in connection with unfriendly actions of the USA and foreign states and international organizations joining them” will be applied not only as a ground for octasis in a suit against “foreign interventionists”.

The Arbitration Court of Novosibirsk Region issued a ruling on interim measures in the form of suspension of the contested FTS decision until the judicial act enters into legal force, with reference to Presidential Decree No. 79.

The claimant cited Presidential Decree No. 79 of 28.02.2022, and stated that the Decree adopted a number of measures to support domestic producers, and therefore the adoption by the court of the requested interim measures under the APC RF would also be a measure to support domestic producers.

The court agreed with this approach.

So Piggy Peppa actually strikes back and helps the taxpayer to suspend the decision of the Federal Tax Service.
