Experimental legal regime (ELR) in the electric power industry

A draft of a government decree has been developed which includes the electric power industry among the areas in which an experimental legal regime may be established.

Currently ELR can be established in nine areas (these include transport, financial activity, electronic commerce, provision of state services, communication).

The creation of an experimental legal regime in the electric power industry is necessary for the implementation of the National Technological Initiative in the direction of “Energinet”
