The Supreme Court Approved Practice Review N 1 (2022)

The new review traditionally presents cases considered by the panels of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as answers to questions from the practice of lower courts.

We will tell you about the most interesting civil and economic disputes included in the review in the near future. As for the answers to the practice questions, there are three of them:

– The death of a company director does not result in the termination of powers of attorney that he or she issued;

-On claims to non-state pension funds on payments from pension reserves (savings) citizens should first apply to the financial ombudsman, and only then to the court;

– pension grounds for non-state pension should be contained exclusively in the pension agreement.
