Fines for violations of the digital rights legislation have been developed

Amendments to the Administrative Offences Code provide fines for legal entities up to 700 thousand roubles and up to 1 million roubles for various offences in this sphere.

It is envisaged that IEs will be liable as legal entities.

The biggest fines are introduced for carrying out activities with digital assets without being included in registers.
